Amazing Fantasy Fest is the festival for creative, dangerous and edgy filmmaking in Western New York. We're the outlaw festival in the 716 area code: the punk rockers and metalheads who don't pretend to be Sundance because we do our own thing . There's no such thing as a B-movie or guilty pleasure to us.

Our inaugural event runs seven days in 2024, from Friday the 13th of September – Thursday, Sept. 19th at the Dipson Amherst Theatre, 3500 Main Street in Buffalo. Programming will include new independent films, classic films, filmmaker Q&As… and one day of programming exclusively for our VIPs and Full Fantasy pass holders!
